I try to write about something that I find particularly interesting or noteworthy in the customer experience field.  This week, I want to share a recent SAP blog post (Top 60 Customer Experience Influencers)  for two (2) reasons:

  1. To thank the author for including me on the list of “Top 60 Customer Experience Influencers” and
  2. To direct your attention to others on this list.  I have learned a great deal from reading their writings, posts, musings, and comments.  I hope others will too.
