I started doing this last year as a way to help users find content that was most viewed (as a proxy for “most valuable”).  So with thanks to the many, many people who have promoted this content, here’s the Top 10 list of 2014.  Sadly, the #1 post in 2014 wasn’t too complimentary to managers.
